Last updated: August 10, 2026. These terms apply when you use squishy.velziro.com or place an order with SQUISHY. By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product information

We aim to present product photographs, prices, dimensions, materials, packaging, and other confirmed specifications accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, and handmade or soft-toy characteristics may cause reasonable variations in colour, shape, texture, and finish. Only specifications stated on the individual product page form part of the product description. Products are toys or sensory items and are not food or medical products.

Blind-box products contain the quantity stated on their product page. Their colours, designs, sizes, and textures are selected at random, specific requests are not accepted, and products shown in promotional images are examples rather than guaranteed contents. We do not intentionally place the same design twice in one Mystery Squish Duo box, but separate boxes may contain repeats.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the website clearly shows another currency. The displayed product price includes worldwide standard shipping. Any import duty, tax, or customs charge imposed by the destination authority is the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Payment is processed by the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt confirms that we received it but does not require us to accept it. We may cancel and refund an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains a clear error, payment is not authorised, the delivery information is incomplete, or fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected. The order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise confirm fulfilment.

5. Delivery

Worldwide delivery is estimated within 7 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless local law makes the stated timeframe binding. Customs processing, remote destinations, severe weather, carrier disruption, or incorrect address details may cause delay. If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you and offer the choice required by applicable law: agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

6. Order problems and mandatory consumer rights

Inspect the parcel after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged, materially different from its description, or the quantity is wrong. Include the order number and clear photographs where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, chargeback, or refund rights that apply where you live. Random variation disclosed on a blind-box product page is not by itself a packing error.

7. Product use

Follow product-specific age, material, use, and care information where it is provided. Do not eat the products. Stop using a damaged product if filling or small parts become exposed. Adult supervision should be used where appropriate. The products are sold for tactile play and everyday enjoyment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The SQUISHY name, site design, original text, graphics, and photographs may not be copied, resold, scraped, or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the checkout for fraudulent activity.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted, business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or delay caused solely by events outside reasonable control. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

10. Applicable law and changes

These terms operate subject to mandatory consumer laws that apply in your place of residence and do not remove access to courts or regulators provided by those laws. We may update the terms for future orders when the store or legal requirements change. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order.
